We work with a plethora of talented candidates from a variety of backgrounds daily and we believe we are experts at finding the right candidate to match a business’ requirements.

Candidate experience affects employee engagement, and employee engagement affects organisational performance.

Always quality not quantity…We spend a considerable amount of time on our recruitment process. From searching for the perfect candidate, then to meeting with them and getting to know them before they meet with our client. This ensures the interview process runs as smoothly and professionally as possible and it is right for all parties. It’s not just about putting a bum on a seat. It’s about adding value. Finding the best candidates ensures the client gets value added quality to the business and that the candidate makes the best move to progress their career.

Our candidates are our clients too…During my time at Rattray Parkin it has been great and a real compliment that many of the candidates I have successfully placed in some of our clients’ businesses, have become our clients too. They have come back to us for their recruitment needs. That just shows we have given the best experience and service and that we were the ‘go to’ recruiter for them.
