Web Content Manager - Warwickshire

A well-established and reputable client of ours is actively looking for a specialist Web Content Manager to join their Marketing team at their Warwickshire based office. With offices in the UK and the US, they are looking to rapidly grow their team following their success in their market.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership for the planning, creation and execution of content marketing campaigns.

- Ensuring the customer journey is seamless from visit to checkout.

- Drive the creation and execution of content and management of earned media channels (broadcast and responsive).

- Produce clear, concise reporting for all of your activity and take ownership for analysing reports to draw insightful conclusions that will help to feed future recommendations.

- Ensure all customer specific marketing activity adheres to their brand guidelines and is consistent and relevant to the audience.

- Take a proactive approach to your own continuing professional development, actively seeking out opportunities to develop and grow.

 

Key Experience Required

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience (or equivalent) in an in-house marketing department or marketing agency, with experience of content planning and execution and management of content across websites.

- A proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and devise and deliver activity that increases traffic, engagement and conversion rates.

- The ability to think ‘bigger picture’ and long-term but also be happy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in.

- Expertise in digital content marketing.

- Expertise in analytical analysis using various tools/systems.

- Experience of optimising an eCommerce website.

- Experience with video and social media is advantageous.

- Experience in working successfully with third party suppliers/agencies.

- Excellent communication skills – oral and written.

- An appreciation for creative design and the creative process.

- An appreciation of omnichannel content marketing.

- An ability to manage several projects at once, and prioritise workload accordingly.
