Our well-established and reputable client in their industry is actively looking for a Technical Microsoft Dynamics NAV expert to delivery consultancy based projects on their bespoke range of products.
This role is remote based with frequent client-site travel.
Their software is primarily MS Dynamics NAV based and you will be expected to provide their clients with an excellent software implementation experience following their methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to gather and document requirements
- Manage your client portfolio and their expectations
- Run workshops, demonstrate the product and train the clients on how to use the products
- Produce technical specifications where required in line with the overall product design strategy
- Create and implement test plans
- You will be expected to travel to customer sites as part of this role
Key Experience
- At least 5+ years within the Dynamics NAV market in Consultancy roles
- Proven client management experience
- Microsoft Operating Systems
- Network hardware and configuration of Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience of installing Dynamics NAV (versions 4 through to 2018/Business Central, scripting and database including SQL, MySQL and MS Access)
