Senior Insight Analyst - Burton-Upon-Trent

RP Analytics are currently working with an insights focused business looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to join their Customer Insights Team. Working with a fellow Senior Insight Analyst, the new addition to the team will have a passion for enhancing business performance through effective data insights.

Role Overview

• Analysis of targeting and send volumes.
• Making data available via list creation or bespoke/automated segmentation fields.
• Production of reports to enable the Head of Marketing, CRM Manager and Website Manager to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Analysis of purchase history data.
• Use data and insights to support the Senior team in their planning and strategy conversations with Directors and other Senior Managers.
• Perform bespoke analysis on internal marketing campaigns to understand ROI at both aggregate and segment-level - and be comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to Senior Management.
• Build on the Tableau MI transformation that has taken place in recent years, to enable greater visibility of BAU Marketing campaign performance.
• Deliver adhoc data management and analytical data requests.
• Post-campaign evaluation reports.

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in a commercial analytics environment.
• Competent in at least one of SQL / SAS, with the drive to quickly learn new skills if not already acquired
• Experience with Tableau.
• Advanced Excel
• Graduate with a strong Maths / Science background.
