Each of our consultants pride themselves on being the experts in their space, owning their desk and running it as though it was their own business. Whilst you receive support and guidance from the management you really are given a lot of autonomy to build your desk in the way that works for you.
Based out of our Mountsorrel offices you will have fantastic transport links and likely spend half of your time out and about around the Midlands meeting your candidates and clients and building those long lasting, crucial relationships.
Ideally you will have a strong academic background and experience as a 360 degree recruitment consultant in the Data Analytics, Technology, IT or Digital space. You’ll have strong verbal and written English skills with a passion for meeting new people and an even bigger passion for earning money!
