RattrayParkin are recruiting for an Office Administrator to work for a well-established business based on Meridian Business Park.

Working in a small team and reporting to the Office Manager, you will be working in a very fast-paced and varied role, with constantly changing demands.

You will perform a variety of roles such as:

  • Managing customer enquiries via telephone or email
  • Updating CRM database
  • Preparing quotations for customers
  • Liaising with operational team to plan work schedules
  • Diary bookings for site visits
  • Weekly/monthly reports
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Sending out samples
  • Updating social media sites

Full systems training will be provided.

You must be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a very busy office
  • Strong customer service focus

This role is quite demanding due to the fact that you can be asked to undertake any variety of jobs throughout the working day. It would be perfect for someone who likes to be kept busy and doesn’t want to be doing the same thing day in, day out.

If you are an experienced administrator who likes to work in a busy workplace with lots of variety with ever changing workloads, this should be the perfect role for you.

Hours of work are 8-5 for 3 days a week and 9-6 for 2 days (fixed days). 20 days plus 8 bank holidays and extra days for the Xmas shutdown.
