Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project Manager - Leicester

RP Analytics are currently working with one of their reputable and well-established clients as they're actively looking for a specialist Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project Manager to join their Leicestershire based office. They will be looking for someone to manage the delivery of customer projects on time, in budget and at an agreed level of quality. This will involve the planning, briefing and management of onshore and offshore resources.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • - The management of a client project using best practice delivery methodologies which may be tailored based on the client’s requirements.

  • - Project stakeholder management.

  • - Project planning including maintaining Microsoft project plans at least weekly.

  • - Facilitating the booking of project resources and briefing of the team.

  • - Resource management including ensuring quality delivery of packages of work.

  • - Updating weekly forecasts for services delivered and ensuring consultants are clear on their deliverables and time lines for both onshore and offshore resources.

  • - Facilitating meetings including a weekly PM Meeting and creating meeting minutes.

  • - Input into project methodology, collateral and processes.

  • - Proposal generation and estimation.

  • - Creation and review of estimates with appropriate communication to the pre-sales team.

  • - Statement of work creation.

  • - Scope control.

  • - Risk management and mitigation.

  • - Issue management and resolution facilitation.

  • - Project change request control and management in delivery.

  • - Managing project deliverables and timelines for approval by the customer.

  • Key Experience
  • - At least 3 years’ experience as a client-facing Project Manager.

  • - Delivered at least 3 Dynamics CRM projects.

  • - Proven ability to control project cost, quality and timeline effectively.

  • - Experience of using at least 2 implementation methodologies and knowledge of how to use them effectively e.g. Waterfall, Microsoft SureStep, supplier, Agile etc.

  • - A formal project qualification such as Prince 2, PMP, MAPM, Microsoft SureStep.

  • - Presentation skills including PowerPoint which they will have to demonstrate at interview.

  • - Proven communication skills including stakeholder management.

  • Desired Experience

  • - Experience of implementing more than 2 of the following: ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Integration, Web or IT Infrastructure projects.

  • - Experienced in working in a supplier (Microsoft Gold Partner) environment.

  • - Heavily experienced in a wide range of business areas e.g. Financial Services, Professional Services, Government, Not For Profit etc.

  • - Project Managed implementation of Microsoft CRM, SharePoint, AX, BizTalk, Office 365 and other Microsoft solutions.

  • - Business Analysis skills.

  • - Change Management skills.

  • - Experience of managing 3rd parties and offshore resources.

  •
