Our client, who operates within design and manufacturing industry is one of the UK’s market leaders within its specialism. After its continued success over the past few decades, the company continues to grow and go from strength to strength.

As a result, our client is looking to increase its finance function, therefore an opportunity has arisen for an additional Management Accountant to join their team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role is vast and varied and will require an organised and professional individual who can easily build rapport with all levels and provide the support to the continued growth of the organisation.

Role Requirements
 

A manufacturing background is essential for this role.

You will be fully qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent.

• Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and experience of business forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A good understanding of business finance and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities
 

• Support the month end process, including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support the production of monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to central functions including Finance and HR.
• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

You must be prepared to hit the ground running and due to the work hard, play hard worth ethic, a sense of humour is essential.
