Junior Finance Analyst - Leicester

RattrayParkin are recruiting for a Junior Finance Analyst to join a corporate Head Office team based in Leicester. You will be part of an expanding FP&A team that support a UK wide network of business units.

Working in the Finance Department, the role will report to the Business Performance Manager.

This will include;

• Business partnering with key stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities
• Undertaking dedicated project work related to process improvement and change management

As part of a larger team, the role will develop and also include;

• Providing detailed analysis and commentary on supplier offers using internal and external sources to get the most cost-effective deals
• Reporting on business unit performance through daily and weekly reports and dashboards.
• Regularly updating of new stock information into relevant systems to enable automated databases and reports to run smoothly and efficiently without any errors.
• Support in the monthly variance analysis of all unit costs.
• Collating approval packs for the Senior Management Team
• Providing Scenarios and Solutions to Internal and External Stakeholders
• Providing detailed reasoning and variance analysis for various fleet costs
• Adhoc reporting and analysis as required by the BPM
• Support and cover for the Business Performance Senior Analyst
