Financial Controller - Leicester

RattrayParkin are recruiting for a Financial Controller to join an established business near Leicester City Centre.

We are looking for someone who is qualified, technically strong with up to date knowledge of current hot topics. Prepared to be 'hands on' and comfortable with stakeholder engagement.

This position will involve supervising 2 members of staff.

Key duties for the role will include:

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Monthly and Annual accounts
• Liaising with auditors and external contacts
• Business partnering and producing reports for various departments
• KPI / P&L analysis
• Payroll

• Manage the finance function and complete annual appraisals for staff.

About you:

• Qualified (ACCA OR ACA)
• Strong Financial Accountant
• Commercially aware
• IT Literate (Excel)

• Able to communicate at all levels
