RattrayParkin are recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a leading service sector business in Leicestershire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to take responsibility for the financial control heading up day to day activities.

This role will help drive their ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities: 

Management of accounts department team
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
Research technical accounting issues for compliance
Support month-end and year-end close process
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Liaising with external auditors and producing full audit file, statutory accounts and draft corporation tax computations.
Completing ad hoc financial accounting projects as required.
