Finance Manager - Loughborough

RattrayParkin are engaged exclusively to recruit a Finance Manager for a growing service sector business in Loughborough.

This position is within a small but dynamic finance function where you will be responsible for process management and credit control.

The role will have no direct reports, but it will involve significant exposure to the senior management of the business and will involve production of KPIs for board level review.

Duties include:

• Sales & Purchase Ledger
• Chasing Debts
• Monthly reports on aged debtors, creditors and reconciling stock reports.
• Ensuring staff follow company policies and procedures regarding expense payments.
• VAT returns
• Preparing accounts ready for Audit
• General finance administration/bookkeeping

What we're looking for:

• Qualified by experience OR Qualified
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Well organised, attention to detail and able to multitask.
• Clear communicator - written and spoken.
• Experience of working with auditors on a year-end financial audit.
• Intermediate Excel, Preferably basic experience of Power BI & Dynamix365.
