Finance Manager - Leicester

RattrayParkin are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a market leading service sector business based in Leicester.

This role will report to the Finance Director and a strong number 2 finance position. Responsible for management/financial reporting and day-to-day management of a small finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of group management and financial reporting
• Assisting in the production of annual statutory accounts
• VAT reporting and running all day to day financial aspects of the business
• Manage finance team of five
• Assisting auditors where necessary.
• Provide cover for payroll as required.
• Acting as finance business partner, working with operational colleagues to improve business performance.

• Strong IT skills (Excel)
• Qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA
