RattrayParkin is recruiting a senior finance role for a small family owned retail business based in Nottinghamshire.
This role, a key part of the senior management team and reporting directly into the MD, is a critical part of the strategy as the business looks to grow over the next 5 years. This growth will be through exploiting opportunities within the existing structure as well as establishing new revenue streams. You will also be tasked with professionalising central operations, making sure that there is a positive and value-adding culture
In order to be considered you must possess strong communication and leadership skills as well as having hands-on technical (financial and systems) experience.
