RattrayParkin are recruiting for a highly capable, experienced and skilled Finance Business Partner to join a growing SME business based in Derby

Our client, who operates within retail services, is partnered with some of the world’s leading names in entertainment and leisure. Due to our client’s exciting growth plans, an opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join the business reporting directly to the Regional Finance Manager.

The role is vast and varied and will require an organised and professional individual who can easily build rapport with all levels and provide the support to the continued growth of the organisation.

Role Requirements
Qualified accountant with 3+ years PQE

Skilled in the use of Excel and Financial systems

Excellent financial understanding and analytical skills

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Experience of adding value in a fast-paced commercial business

Experience of the retail sector would be beneficial but is not essential

Responsibilities
Provide financial support and challenge to European retail and service delivery teams

Produce insightful management information to support business growth plans

Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts as required for the business areas you support

Support the creation and evaluation of investment proposals

Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis, in addition to driving and supporting performance improvements
