Finance Business Partner - Milton Keynes

RattrayParkin are partnered with a listed manufacturing business in Milton Keynes to recruit a Finance Business Partner.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a blend of management accounting and business partnering duties whilst focusing on building strong working relationships with key stakeholders - sales/commercial and operational.

The individual should be a commercially aware accountant with previous costing experience in the manufacturing sector.

The role will be full time, permanent and offering hybrid working. (3 days site and 2 from home).

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Pricing review and monitoring - including margin analysis
• Project appraisals to support control of capital spend
• Regular meetings on-site with all relevant stakeholders to manage costs and advise on performance
• Balance sheet reconciliations

• Collaborative with colleagues at all levels and able to build strong working relationships
• Willing to travel to different sites
• Microsoft Excel
• This role is open to qualified by experience or qualified candidates
• Previous manufacturing/costing experience
