Finance Business Partner - Leicester

RattrayParkin are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading service sector business in North Leicestershire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to be involved in management reporting and business partnering.

This role will help drive their ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities: ​

• Finance business partnering of budget holders across the organisation and help them understand key issues, risks and opportunities
• Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders across all levels within a business. You will be working in a commercially-focused business and have a proven track record of driving performance through value-add analysis and support.
• Financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting, building and developing business cases, month-end reporting and ad-hoc project work.
• Shaping an effective FP & A function moving forward.

About you:

• Dynamic, confident and proactive
• ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified
• Extensive Finance Business Partnering experience
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Strong Excel
