Digital Project/Account Manager - Nottingham

A market-leading and prestigious digital media agency in Nottingham are looking for a Digital Project/Account Manager to join their team in Nottingham. The company prides itself with providing its clients with fresh and innovative digital media solutions.

Responsibilities

- Own and grow key agency client accounts

- Plan all projects - from estimating, scheduling and through to completion

- Assist in defining project scopes, technical/functional specs and budget allocation

- Develop and maintain key project documentation such as project roadmaps and technical specifications

- Setup and allocate project tasks with clear briefs on the expected deliverables

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports (both internal and external) including project status reports, budget reports and financial summaries

- Communicate project status updates around milestones

- Schedule and direct the team throughout the entire project lifecycle

- Foresee and solve problems around delivery issues

- Focus on project profitability and efficient utilisation rates for the internal team

- Plan and manage resource bookings as part of a weekly resource meeting

- Advise the leadership team on positive/negative resourcing requirements

Experience and skills

- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Digital Project/Account Manager role

- Experience working at a digital agency

- Experience in mobile app development (iOS and Android) - not essential but a basic understanding would be advantageous

- Be able to cultivate excellent relationships with clients

- Feel confident in leading, engaging and motivating cross-disciplined teams across multiple projects

- Possess a strong understanding of web fundamentals, web usability, responsive design and the creative process

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail

- Be super organised and able to work well under pressure with conflicting priorities 

- Have a good sense of humour, positive attitude and be an all-round team player 

- Must have a full and clean driving license with own car
