RP Analytics are currently working with a Digital Agency looking for a  Digital Account Manager to join their team at an exciting time.

You will be responsible for client satisfaction, lead the development and delivery of digital marketing strategies and campaigns for a portfolio of key clients. You will be responsible for devising effective digital marketing strategies that will deliver a tangible return for clients, and presenting ideas back to the wider team.

Role Overview 

  • Be a trusted business partner for key clients through a solid understanding of industry trends, business challenges and digital opportunities.
  • Take a holistic approach to digital marketing, with a strong grasp of the wide range of digital marketing techniques.
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional service from breadth of the company's digital marketing service offerings.
  • Retain and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Manage client relationships through the entire customer life cycle, from providing support on pre-sales pitches, taking client briefs, managing timelines, preparing budgets.
  • Deliver outstanding communications whether client facing, within the internal team, or as the public face of the company.
  • Project manage virtual teams on client accounts including oversight of client workspaces, delivering monthly performance reports and leading client meetings.
  • Facilitate collaboration between different departments.
  • Arrange client review meetings where appropriate and ensure consistent focus is placed on client satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain and develop appropriate professional qualifications suited to your experience and expertise.
  • Implement strategic actions across their range of marketing services to ensure you retain your in-depth, hands-on experience of digital campaigns.

Experience Required

  • A passion for digital and the opportunities it presents to clients is essential.
  • Relevant experience in a digital marketing/account management role.
  • The commercial awareness to spot opportunities and deliver effective pitches for work.
  • Detailed understanding of the digital landscape.
  • A proven track record in successful client and team relationship building.
  • Strong professional communications skills, with the ability to exchange information at board level.
