Data Engineer - London

We're working with one of the most exciting Healthcare consultancies in the UK again as they are looking for a Data Engineer with strong ETL skills as well as Data Visualisation experience too. Ideally this will be based in the Central London office but will also consider some work from home for candidates based outside of London. 

Summary:  

• To build and maintain an organised and efficient data warehouse
• To assess available data and produce further insights and data models
• To develop automated processes to fulfil current repetitive objectives
• To offer input to the future product roadmap
• Provide a secure and compliant data service to our customers 

• Help build a data centre of excellence within the company
• Develop relationships across the organisation and listen to the needs of internal and external customers
• Work with the management team to define and execute strategies
• Proactively work on new data models to help move the company forward 

• A proven track record in data analytics and data warehousing
• Experience with SQLServer and SSIS
• A mastery of SQL and stored procedures.
• Automation experience and ETL skills
• Data visualisation including Power BI skills
• Ability to multi-task in a challenging, fast paced environment.
• Ability to make decisions based on a broad range of issues, within and outside the control of the day to day working environment
• Clear communicator both oral and written
• Be an effective team member, contributing to discussions and meetings and supporting colleagues
