CRM Automation Executive - Burton-Upon-Trent

RP Analytics are working with an exciting SME in the Tech sector who are looking to recruit an expert in CRM automation. 

This role is to work alongside and support the CRM Manager in delivering the member communication strategy to:
1) Increase the frequency that members participate with the rewards programme 
2) Increase the value of member interaction and drive revenue-generating behaviours The CRM & Marketing Automation Executive will play a critical role in working alongside and supporting our CRM and Marketing Automation Manager to push forwards our CRM strategy.

This role will involve building and managing the automated journeys as part of the overall Member Lifecycle Strategy. A strong understanding of automated journeys and how they enhance the member experience will be required – as well as the ability to identify revenue opportunities and propose improvements based on data analysis.

The Following skills are essential to succeed in this role;

1. CRM and marketing automation technical knowledge including in-depth knowledge of ESP automation functionality;

2. Familiarity with the Emarsys CRM platform would be advantageous but not essential. 

3. Pro-active and results driven

4. Strong planning and organisational skills.

5. The ability to build strong relationships through great communication;

6. Excellent attention to detail;

7. The ability to get things delivered
