One of our close clients in the Manchester area is looking to build an exciting new Analytics team. It's a huge opportunity for people looking to join a growing retailing business with over 400 stores across the UK. They are looking for CRM specialists to join their team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyse customer data and provide valuable insights to the CRM team in order to shape the design of communication campaigns and the future of their loyalty programme.
- Provide insight on incremental revenue generated by our loyalty programme and retention projects.
- Create and maintain series of reports to track KPIs.
- Create and manage standard post-campaign analysis reports/insights.
- Understand trends by segment/audiences.
- Assess loyalty programme performance.
- Monitor retention metrics.
- Track the effectiveness of loyalty strategies including their customer life-cycle marketing programmes.
- Perform ad-hoc customer analytics to answer business questions and produce data-driven stories that reveal key insights into consumer behaviour.
- Design and implement CRM tests and control group strategies. Review and maximise the programmes based on insight.
- Generate CRM extracts (e.g. segmentation, lists, etc) needed to contact our customers.
Key Experience Required
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- A background in CRM and campaign measurement, customer profiling/ segmentation and behavioural analysis.
- Experience with data-focused marketing and predictive analytics/models.
- Deep experience using query tools like SQL to analyse transactions, web/clickstream, campaign, loyalty, and other diverse data sets.
- Previous experience with Salesforce CRM or other similar tools (Unica/Pega/Adobe)
- Previous experience with Google Cloud Platform preferred.
- Front-end reporting and data visualisation/discovery tools experience (Tableau) skills.
