CRM Analyst - Warwickshire

A well-established and reputable client of ours is actively looking for a specialist CRM Analyst to join their team at their Warwickshire based office. With offices in the UK and the US, they are looking to rapidly grow their team following their success in their market.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

- Gaining a deeper understanding of their customers to improve their communication and product offering to them.

- Identifying appropriate strategies to drive value and longevity of customer relationships through identification of data and insight sources from the business that should be used across channels, bringing together online and offline.

- Using analytical models for use in an omni-channel environment including Welcome, Nursery, Share of Wallet and Retention campaigns.

- Creating reports and dashboards for key performance metrics providing insights and recommendations to the business.

- Introduce statistical methods and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models for customer behaviour, working with the wider team to build customer engagement strategies.

 

Key Experience Required

- Experience of working with very large complicated datasheets, incorporating customer demographics, product holding, product usage, financial, marketing communication and customer interaction data in online and   offline environments.

- A strong track record of delivering high-quality analysis and deliverables.

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience (or equivalent) in relevant roles, including CRM and marketing analytics.  

- A degree in a relevant field preferred but not essential (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering).

- Strong analytical skills with experience of handling large and varied datasheets (e.g. clickstream data).

- Have experience with statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.

- A working knowledge of SQL and relevant programming languages such as Python or R.

- Experience in using Salesforce and integrating data feeds into ESPs and DMPs.

- Experience of data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview) is preferable but not essential.

- Advanced Excel (PowerPivot experience preferred) and PowerPoint.

- An ability to clearly communicate complex analysis, actionable insights and complex findings to senior stakeholders.

- An ability to manage situations of complexity with positive outcomes.

- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their impact on analytics and user behaviour.
