Commercial Finance Analyst - Northampton

RattrayParkin are recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst to work for a global business, based close to Wellingborough and Kettering. This is a market leading brand, who have PE backing to further support business growth. You will report to the Head of FP&A.

The role is pivotal in providing analytical support to the senior management and finance teams. This will include an overview of sales and marketing decision making, insight for customer, category and country performance. You will also support commercial decision making to best support profit maximisation.

Key duties:

• Extract relevant data from existing system
• Analyse information to required standards
• Track pricing and margin trends
• Provide analysis of pricing, margins, stock and volume sales
• Review commercial performance and advise SMT with regard to insight and pricing/margin reviews.
• Offer oversight of NPD impact and benefits
• Provide MI reports and support to commercial teams
• Engage with key stakeholders
• Provide analytical support to other areas of the business
