Business Intelligence Analyst - Nottingham

We are currently working with an FMCG client who's offices are situated in a rural Nottinghamshire location who are recruiting a newly created Business Intelligence Analyst position. They began many years ago as a family run business and have achieved some really impressive growth and successes over the years. They’re now at an exciting stage of their journey with some incredibly ambitious growth plans and have identified this person as a key part of those plans.

The Senior Management team have acknowledged that their many complex excel models are at their max capacity and are about to implement PowerBI (or other similar data viz tool) to continue the strategic work they’re doing with their data and really push them forward into better processes and the latest technologies.

This person will have the responsibility for complex data analysis projects to support the sales team and operations with key insights and recommendations to continue to drive the business forward.

Key Requirements; 

• 1-2+ years experience as a data analyst 
• Expert MS Excel skills
• PowerBI experience or other similar data visualisation tool (Desired) 
• Experience of Databases & Integrating data from other systems (Desired) 
• Experience in the FMCG, Food & Drink or any other promotional analysis experience would be a huge bonus but not essential. 

Paying £30,000 - £35,000 basic plus annual bonus (typically 10%) Plus excellent development and progression opportunities to grow with this business as they grow!
