Salary: £30,000pa + Commission (£70,000 OTE)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for ambitious, forward-thinking Business Development Manager who is passionate about developing new business along with the ability to present at board level. Although you will be supported with leads from marketing, this role will require a high level of cold calling.

What will you be doing?

As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to develop client relationships to identify their challenges. You need to understand our Applicant Tracking Software to a technical level whilst being able to articulate commercials through a business case.
